BRISBANE METRO & SUBURBS
Gifts to a Door personally hand delivers* all over Brisbane for one low delivery fee of $15 per location. See Map below for our Hand Delivery coverage.   Order by 10am for Same Business Day Delivery.  Orders after 10am will be delivered on the next Business Day.

*hand deliveries wherever possible. At peak times couriers may be used for overflow

GOLD COAST, SUNSHINE COAST, IPSWICH, TOOWOOMBA, GYMPIE, HERVEY BAY
Dispatched with external courier companies. Gifts are carefully packaged in plain custom fit cartons. Order by 12pm for Next Business Day.  $15 per hamper.

REGIONAL QUEENSLAND
Dispatched with Australian Air Express or Fastway. Gifts are carefully packaged in plain custom fit cartons. Delivery is usually 1 to 2 business days but expect to 7 days for Remote QLD. $15 per hamper.

REST OF AUSTRALIA
Dispatched with Australian Air Express or Fastway. Gifts are carefully packaged in plain custom fit cartons. Delivery times vary depending on location and gift size. In most cases we deliver to East Coast Major Centres in 1-3 business days.  If arrival time is important, speak to our team for a more acurate delivery time estimate. $25 per hamper.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY TERMS
Gifts to a door can not guarantee particular day deliveries when sending with any external courier.

Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.Please consider that external couriers have increased volume in December and extra time needs to be allowed for delivery.

It is the responsibility of the sender to confirm with us an expected delivery time for your specific delivery.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place. Gifts to a Door cannot accept responsibility for delays incurred by external couriers.

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. Once an item has been sent by Gifts to a Door, it can not be retracted.  

Should a gift be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the recipient is unable to accept the gift, we will re-send the item for an additional freight charge. Refunds will not be given.

Gifts containing Fruit, Flowers or Balloons are not available for delivery outside of Brisbane.

Gift Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by, and delivered to, persons over 18 years of age.
