These times vary depending on size of gift and location. Smaller gifts are dispatched with Australian Air Express while bulkier gifts will travel by road with Fastway. Couriers are at their busiest at this time. Couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. If in doubt at all with your specific delivery, please confirm the expected delivery time with us. Keep in mind that when gifts are delivered with a courier, we can aim for specific arrival dates but can't guarantee delivery on a set day. Gifts to a Door cannot accept responsibility for delays incurred by external couriers. Whilst every care is taken to ensure accurate and safe delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for unforeseen circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place. Should a gift be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if the recipient is unable to accept the gift, we are happy to re-send the item for an additional freight charge. Refunds will not be given. Gifts containing Fruit, Flowers or Balloons are not available for delivery outside Brisbane. Gift Hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased & delivered to persons over 18 years of age.
