Receipt The last screen of the on-line order form is a confirmation screen that contains your order number and details of your order. Please print this page as your confirmation. In addition, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied upon completion of the on-line order form. Tax invoices are posted or emailed after the delivery date. Returns & Refunds Should a gift be returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are happy to re-send the item for an additional freight charge. Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made at least 24 hours prior to dispatch. Unclaimed Gifts Should a basket be returned to us because the recipient is unable to accept the gift, we can re-send the item to you or another address for an additional freight charge. Photography, Packaging & Substitutions Every effort is made to provide products as listed and illustrated. However in the event of supply difficulties, we may be forced to substitute an item. In this case we will replace the product with a close alternative of similar or greater value.
